Sodalite
Sodalite works best with the Throat(5th) and Third Eye(6th) chakras. Sodalite, like Libras are ruled by Venus. It is aligned with the water element.
Sodalite helps still the mind, relax the body and improve calmness. Remove stress, nervousness, inner turmoil, and anger at the root.
Rub this crystal directly on your skin, near throat and/or forehead to remove fear and free yourself from guilt. Visualize the past or future event going well.
