Have some crystals hanging around? Read below to find out five simple ways you can add crystal energy to your lifestyle. You can include a crystal in an activity you perform normally, or add something new to your daily routine.
After cleansing your crystal, try some of the following:
1. Carry in a pocket or pouch
Once you set a specific intention with a crystal, carry it in your pocket for 7-30 days and see what differences you notice. A fun way to do this is to buy a crystal before being fully aware of its healing properties and then checking them after the allocated time. For crystals that are more fragile or rub off easily, consider placing them in a pouch before placing into a pocket or purse.
Those comfortable to do so may also place the crystal in another fitting garment, such as a bra. Be mindful when removing your clothing where the crystal was placed so it does not break or roll away upon release.
2. Wear as jewelry

3. Hold during meditation or prayer
Or when reflecting or journaling. Any activity that intends for you to focus on your breathing(yoga, singing).
Tip: Hold in your dominant hand to release energy or project onto the crystal. Hold in your non-dominant hand to receive energy from the crystal or other devices.

This process can be as simple or complex as you feel called to do. I would leave a crystal in water and allow AT LEAST 1 hour. A standard time may be 12 hours.
Try leaving a bottle or jar with a programmed crystal emerged in its water out on the window sill during a full or new moon then consume the next day, before sunrise. Play around with each step and you heal and manifest for yourself and others.
These are suggestions, and no where near the limit of working with crystals. Remember to trust yourself and allow your intuition to guide you.
